General: Can't connect to the Servers

There are many potential reasons to why people cannot connect. Here are the main two fixes.

Switch Server Locatations

1. Sometimes, the connection between your ISP and our Datacenter may experience issues. We then recommend that you try another server location.

2. If that works, you can try switching back to your closest location the next day, as the issues will most likely be resolved by then.

   
   

Enable SDR

1. If you send us an email or contact us through Discord, we can enable SDR on your server.
2. This will give you a seperate server IP that relays through Valve's networks - it often solves connection issues for blocked IP's.

VPN or Exitlag

Services such as Exitlag or other VPN's can be a great way of accessing our servers in case your ISP cannot connect to our servers.
