CS2 Skin Plugin: !ws & !knife

SCL is blocking out any use of skinchangers as it violates Valve's guidelines. If you as a server operator tries to install a skinchanger plugin on your server, then it will be effectively blocked out by our server software.

As Valve’s 2015 statement remains unchanged, we do not plan on adding support for this ever.
